Create an API call to list all spaces in a portfolio

Currently it is not possible to query the Assembla API to list all spaces in a portfolio. See: http://forum.assembla.com/forums/5-API/topics/7414-Get-all-spaces-in-Portfolio

Currently to achieve this functionality one must get a list of all tickets, then build a set of space ID's and make individual queries for information on each space. This does not guarantee a complete list of spaces and is also wildly inefficient.
